Many ask me, "What does life on life mean and what does a life on life coach do?" Well...Life on Life ministry is simply one life investing in another life for the purposes of spiritual growth and eventually reproduction of lives. Life on life is a form of discipleship, much like the way Jesus discipled the 12, but particularly the three.
This is my workshop:
Tools for Life on Life Living
Session 1 - I start by telling some of my life story; then I give tools to help women write and tell their own stories in a way that gives glory to God. The tools help them to see and appreciate God's sovereign activity in their lives. Opportunity for women to tell their stories is given.
Session 2 – Next, I walk them through unique tools that will help them study the bible, teach the bible, and disciple others in a life on life way.
Session 3 – Last, I introduce them to peer coaching. I believe strongly that training without coaching is not as effective as training with follow-up coaching. The women have the opportunity to peer coach one another on using the tools and the things they just learned in the workshop.
I thoroughly enjoy it training others on life on life ministry. I offer an 8-week group coaching experience on the topic of A Leader’s Life Purpose as a follow-up. I use a great new book workbook for this, A Leader's Life Purpose by Tony Stoltzfus. The group coaching takes place in person for locals or on tele-conference or skype for out-of-towners.
